ScrapeKit queries publicly available sources (Google Maps, public business websites) on your behalf to extract contact information for businesses. You are responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with local laws in your jurisdiction, including the EU GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, UK DPA 2018, US CAN-SPAM, and similar legislation. We do not warrant that scraped data is accurate or lawful for any specific purpose.
We use browser localStorage (functionally similar to cookies) to keep you logged in and to remember a referral code for up to 30 days. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Scrape results and verification results are stored in your account until you delete them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@scrapekit.ai.
If you are in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar rules, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email support@scrapekit.ai from the address tied to your account. We will respond within 30 days.
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. Secrets and API keys are not checked into source control. Traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
ScrapeKit.ai is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
